Turn your paper files into a searchable online archive.
Paperless Office turns your paper records into a searchable online archive, so you can find a document fast and keep less paper in the office.
$1,799 setup, then $179 a month. Not sure yet? Ask for the free sample first.
Who it is for
Offices with filing cabinets of paper, such as property managers and title companies. Paperless Office is not for medical offices.
How it works
Three steps. You do not need to learn any new software.
-
Step 1: Tell us what you keep
After checkout, we email you a short form: what kinds of documents you have, roughly where they are kept, and who needs to search them.
-
Step 2: We scan and load it
We set up your archive and arrange the bulk scan. We quote the scanning cost before we start. Then we check that search finds a sample of your documents and show you.
-
Step 3: New paper keeps flowing in
You scan new paper at the desk or email it to a mailbox. Each month we handle updates and backups and send a short status email.

Questions
- How is bulk scanning billed?
- Bulk scanning is billed at cost, separately from the setup fee. We quote the scanning cost before we start.
- Is Paperless Office for medical offices?
- No. Paperless Office is not for medical offices.
- Can I throw away my paper originals?
- We do not advise you to shred originals. Record-keeping rules vary, so that choice is yours.
- Will it save me time and space?
- No guarantee of results. Search also depends on scan quality: handwriting and poor copies read badly, so we test a sample batch first.
