Use of the site

You may use this site for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its backend services.

Products & services

Paid products (e.g. the AI Audit, the diagnostic tool) are described on their respective pages. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refund policy: if the deliverable is not provided within the stated timeline, email us and we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on any project5pi.com form, you agree to receive text messages from Project5Pi related to the audit or product you requested. Specifically:

Program name: Project5Pi AI Audit Updates.
Frequency: 1 to 3 messages per month on average. Actual volume varies by opt-in reason.
Content: audit results, scheduling links, follow-up questions, and product updates related to the audit or service you requested.
Cost: standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Project5Pi does not charge for SMS.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages.
Help: reply HELP or email hello@project5pi.com for support.
Supported carriers: major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs). Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.
No condition of purchase: consent to receive SMS is never required to buy any product from us.
No resale: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Telnyx as our SMS carrier; Telnyx processes messages on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Email communications

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive transactional emails (audit deliverables, receipts, follow-ups to your inquiry). You can stop these at any time by replying to any email or emailing hello@project5pi.com.

Limitations

Project5Pi content and deliverables are provided "as-is" for informational and operational use. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations. The AI Audit is an advisory product, not a guarantee of outcomes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
